Our 3 way Topsoil Premium is the best around. This is the ideal blend for planting grass and general purpose use. Consisting of composted manure, brown loam and sand. Screened to 1/2 inch. *USCC CERTIFIED* This mix contains the same amount or more sand than what our other competitors consider their " 60/40 mix" or "Supreme" with a better quality base soil. This is the best soil in the Pacific Northwest.
GARDEN MIX​

Garden Mix is the best choice for vegetable gardens and raised flowerbeds. We blend our 3 way Premium with Ferti-Mulch and a black compost to help retain the moisture needed for these planting applications. This is an all purpose garden soil, ready to plant in, no additives necessary here. We have had some unbelievable results with customers using our Garden Mix.

This is a perfect blend for new lawns on a budget, brown sandy loam and composted manure are blended & screened 1/2 inch to make an effective mix for builders and those on tight budgets that still want a quality soil. This soil contains 15%-20% less sand then the 3 way Premium

OVERSEED MIX 60 / 40 ​

Overseed mix is the absolute BEST option for overseeding your lawn. A 60% sand 40% manure compost (Fertil-mulch) mix is extremely consistent with no clumps and easy to apply. Reccomended coverage is 1/2inch over the top of existing lawn. Also great for filling holes in the lawn.
